Support the development of the low-density territories of the Central Region of Portugal, through the international promotion Shale, Historic and Mountain Villages. To raise awareness about the heritage and attractiveness of Centro de Portugal region and to reinforce its brand equity.

Each year, ART&FACTORY will offer to a set of 8 to 10 audio-visual production teams (each of which must be constituted of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 elements), the appropriate logistic conditions to produce films in the so-called “territories of lower demographic density” of the Centro de Portugal region, in order to demonstrate that these territories are attractive, both to be visited and to be chosen as a place to live.
