台湾等からのインバウンド観光の誘客を推進するためのツールとして、美浜の魅力や観光資源等を映像化し、トップセールスやインターネットでの観光ＰＲに活用する。

美浜町と姉妹都市を締結している台湾石門郷（現在：新北市石門区）で、隔年で実施している中学生のホームステイ交流に参加した男性が、大人になり結婚した妻に、中学生時代に訪れた美浜町を紹介するストーリー。
